Dan Druffel Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented Landscape Foreman who is interested in a rewarding career working to provide the best landscapes in Cincinnati.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary responsibility of the position is to manage and work with construction and maintenance crews, while insuring the highest quality is maintained. The Foreman will be required to represent Dan Druffel Inc. and the quality of work and services we provide to our clients.
The Ideal Foreman Will Posses:
• Experience in managing a crew of 3-5 employees
• Strong communication, organizational and people skills
• Pruning skills & knowledge of chemical applications
• Problem solving skills
Technical Skills:
-
A minimum of 1-year landscape installation experience

A degree in Horticulture Landscape Contracting (or related major) is a plus

Hand pruning skills, knowledge of chemical applications, and general horticultural knowledge

Ability to read blue prints and implement installation of landscape materials

Communication skills in Spanish is beneficial

Valid Driver’s License
