JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibility of the position is to manage and work with construction and maintenance crews, while insuring the highest quality is maintained. The Foreman will be required to represent Dan Druffel Inc. and the quality of work and services we provide to our clients. 

 

 

The Ideal Crew Member Will Posses:

• A strong work ethic and good attitude

• Strong communication and people skills

•  Problem solving skills

 

Technical Skills:

• Some experience in the landscape industry is beneficial

• Communication skills in Spanish is beneficial

• A drivers license is beneficial
